SMITH – Henry Joseph of High Street, Nuneaton. Passed away peacefully (suddenly) at the George Eliot Hospital on 8th June, 2010 aged 91 years. Beloved husband of Betty, much loved dad (Father) of Michael, John & Edward, dear Father-in-law of Irene and Margaret, dearly loved grandad of Susan and Jane and a loving great grandad. Funeral Service to take place at St Nicolas Parish Church, Nuneaton on Monday 15th June at 12.00 noon followed by cremation at the Heart of England Crematorium. Betty and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards and letters of sympathy received following their recent sad loss of a wonderful husband, dad, grandad and great grandad. Grateful thanks to everyone who attended the funeral service and kindly sent donations for Cancer Research. Special thanks to Reverend Jones for the beautiful service and fitting tribute and all the staff of Melly Ward George Eliot Hospital for their care and kindness to Henry during his illness. Finally a sincere thankyou to D B Devall & Son for the respect and dignity shown to the family at this difficult time.
